She continues to upgrade and specialize in treatments including becoming a Vodder Trained Manual Lymphatic Therapist in 2007. She has completed courses in MIPA- Myofascial Integration and Postural Alignment, along with Structural Integration making her certified in the 10 step SI Therapy. She is a level 1 Craniosacral Therapist and is trained in Lymph Taping and Combined Decongestive Therapy. She is a Holistic Nutrition Counsellor and Health Coach.

Claire Smith, BA,RMTAfter completing her Psychology degree from Dalhousie University, Claire returned to school, graduating in 2014 as a Registered Massage Therapist. Claire is classically trained in Swedish Massage. Addressing soft tissue and joint dysfunction, she excels in marrying relaxation with clinical practice. She is competent in pre and post op treatments and rehabilitation techniques from her work in multidisciplinary clinics, attending Atlantic Pain Conferences and teaching at the college.

KATHLEEN NAYLOR, M.Ed, RCT, CCC
Kathleen is a Registered Counselling Therapist in practice since 2010, and has formal education in Psychology, Kinesiology and Counselling. As a movement teacher, Kathleen has always included body awareness and sensation in therapy, offering a holistic approach to support healing and growth. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and draws on somatic tools to help clients learn to regulate their own nervous system when experiencing anxiety or overwhelm. Beth has always wanted to support others towards a joyful and healthy journey in life/lifestyle. She values keeping the body moving and healthy. As a therapist, she holds space for an individual's innate body intelligence and supports their natural ability to heal and restore balance. Beth looks forward to sharing the power of positive touch, helping you achieve your health and wellness goals while reestablishing and maintaining this connection to innate health. Her studies have provided her the opportunity to pull from an array of techniques including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Retraining, Trigger Point Release, Counterstrain, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Joint Mobilizations. She feels passionate about her continuing studies in Scar Tissue treatment to create and maintain functional and mobile scar tissue post-surgery and injury. Graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in April 2017. Remains in good-standing with both MTANS and CCHPBC. |
